For our next event, Singapore Wine Club will be 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉. Don’t call the CNB—we’re talking about wines grown on slopes, which help grapes ripen in some of the world’s most hostile environments where nothing else can grow.
And as any good publicist will tell you, 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 makes all the difference. North-facing slopes vs south-facing slopes; wines grown inland vs wines facing the river; wines on elevation vs the lower-hanging fruit. Tiny variations can produce very different wines.
As always, the proof is in the glass. On 11 April, we’ll be exploring 8 French wines over an elevated (😉) 4-course meal at Praelum Wine Bistro, where we’ll be comparing wines from the same variety and vintage but grown in vineyards with different exposures. We’ll be showcasing one of Champagne’s best-kept secrets, a flight of Premier Cru burgundy and 4 surprise bottles.
Email us at hello@singaporewineclub.com to secure your tickets. Early bird pricing of $228 until 2359h on 23 March 2025.
